Mental Health 101 Workshop

For Educators

In Intro to Mental Health and Wellness for educators, school personnel will learn about stigma and what staff can do to reduce mental health stigma in the classroom. This training also provides educators with a working definition of mental health and trauma, an understanding of protective and risk factors for mental illness, signs and symptoms for mental health challenges and traumatic stress responses in elementary, middle, and high school youth, tips for self-care and mental wellness, and resources available in Sullivan County to access help.
