Community Resource Guide
Online Tool Now Available on Sullivan 180 Website
New useful health and human services guide updated monthly
[FERNDALE] – Sullivan 180, a non-profit organization born out of a grassroots effort to build a healthier Sullivan County one degree at a time, is pleased to announce the creation and availability of a new online tool for the Sullivan County community and for others who have an interest in Sullivan County. The Community Resource Guide, found at www.sullivan180.org under the “Partners” tab, includes updated information about a large variety of services available to county residents.
The Table of Contents lists twenty four categories ranging from childcare, dental services, legal services, health and wellness, senior care resources, transportation and disability services, and many more. Each topic has a listing of the name of each organization, address, telephone, and website. For your convenience, the guide can be downloaded and printed.
Because information changes frequently, the Guide is updated monthly. For any questions or to request additions or corrections to the Guide, please contact Jessica Toscano, Program and Outreach Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (845)295-2685.
Sullivan 180’s mission is to build a healthy, vibrant Sullivan County where everyone has a sense of purpose, connection to family and community and access to fresh foods and an active lifestyle.
