TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS:

Introduction to Mental Health & Wellness

Intro to Mental Health & Wellness: For High School Students, Parents & Educators

For High School Students, these virtual workshops support mental health efforts already taking place in schools, help high schoolers learn about mental health and recognize how their mental health has been impacted during the pandemic, find new, easy to adopt ways to protect their mental health and practice self-care, and learn about resources available to them that they may not be aware of.

For Parents & Educators, these virtual workshops address concerns from parents or educators who are looking for ways to help and understand the challenges their children and students are facing during the pandemic, provide a working definition of mental health and trauma, provide an understanding of protective and risk factors for mental illness, warning signs in children and teens of a mental health challenge or traumatic stress response, provide tips for self-care, and provide resources available in Sullivan County to access help.
