What School Beautification Participants Are Saying

“The impact of this project extends beyond mere aesthetics. It has provided a functional area where students can gather, collaborate, and express themselves.”

— David Eggleton, Principal, Sullivan West High School

“Students were able to work together, and through camaraderie tackle the task of planting all the plants. Not only did it serve as a team building exercise and morale booster, but it also taught our students some valuable things that they do not normally get to learn.

— Jenn Gorr, Principal, Monticello High School

“Thanks to the Sullivan 180 School Beautification Grant funds our district was able to make the front entrance to our school building much more inviting and a welcome site when entering the building. With the grant funds, we were able to reimagine the space and turn it into a beautiful entrance.

— Rebecca Ackerly, Rockland Central School District
