To kick off the 2025 Healthiest Fire Department Challenge, departments gathered with their members, friends and families to walk the 1.7-mile illuminated trail at Peace, Love & Lights at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

The 4th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Youth Summit will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at SUNY Sullivan from 9am – 2pm, with a new, optional after-party from 2 – 5pm.

Sullivan 180 is pleased to announce an exciting partnership with Sullivan BOCES to host a hands-on tree planting demonstration Thursday, November 7^th, from 9am to 11am, at the Sullivan BOCES campus, 52 Ferndale Loomis Rd, Liberty, NY 12754. The program will be held rain or shine.

Sullivan 180 will hold a training on November 1st, 2024 for individuals to become facilitators of the evidence-based CATCH My Breath Vaping Prevention Program.

Sullivan 180, in partnership with The Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan, awarded two scholarships to volunteers who made a significant contribution to a 2024 Sullivan 180 project.

September is National Suicide Awareness Month, and all are invited on Friday September 27^, 2024 to participate in a free QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training from 10 a.m. to noon at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 64 Ferndale Loomis Rd. Liberty, NY

Sullivan 180 will host an Evening of Appreciation on Thursday, September 26 in the Event Gallery at Bethel Woods. Doors will open at 5:30pm, a brief program will begin at 6:30pm.

Winners of The Sullivan 180 Healthiest Fire Department Challenge were announced at the 95th Annual Sullivan County Volunteer Fireman’s Parade on Saturday in Livingston Manor.

Food service professionals from throughout Sullivan County gathered last week for a two-day conference at the Michael Ritchie Big Barn.

The 2024 class of Sullivan 180 interns have spent the summer working alongside community volunteers and municipal staff to care for public spaces across Sullivan County.

The 2024 Sullivan 180 Scholarship application is due August 19.

The Fourth annual International Overdose Awareness Day Vigil will be held on August 29th at 6 pm on the lawn of the Sullivan County Courthouse, 414 Broadway, Monticello.

Sullivan 180 is holding a training for individuals to become facilitators of the evidence-based CATCH My Breath youth vaping prevention program. The training takes place on Wednesday, July 17th from 11:00 to 2:00 at Cornell Cooperative Extension in Liberty.

The 2024 Sullivan 180 Scholarship application is now available. Applications are due by August 19, 2024, and must be completed electronically via the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan’s Online Portal.

The Livingston Manor Central School District (LMCS) has been awarded the 2024 Sullivan 180 Golden Feather Community Impact Grant for the renovation of the track, basketball and tennis courts and installation of a greenhouse learning space.
