2023 Municipal Partnership Grants Awarded

[Liberty] Sullivan 180 is pleased to announce the 2023 Municipal Partnership Program Grant recipients. The Municipal Partnership Program offers grants up to $20,000 to local governments to care for public spaces, create youth initiatives, build healthy communities or engage in historic preservation and environmental stewardship.

Several projects will also have a paid seasonal intern and the Sullivan 180 Horticulture Crew to support their work. With a focus on youth, the grant program also requires that youth be impacted or engaged in some way by the projects that are undertaken.

โ€œThe Municipal Partnership Program encourages municipalities to invest in their public spaces while developing strong partnerships with their youth, volunteer groups and community organizations to implement creative and lasting projects,โ€ said Shannon Cilento, Sullivan 180 Community Development Program Manager.
