Sullivan 180 Paid Internships Available
Be a Changemaker in Your Community this Summer
[LIBERTY, NY] – Sullivan 180 is now recruiting interns for the 2025 season! Young adults ages 16-20 are invited to apply for paid summer internships; where they will have the opportunity to work alongside volunteers to help communities, organizations, churches, and schools bring their ideas to life. Interns will also participate in a leadership, professional development and networking series and take part in a meaningful "Day of Service" project.
The program offers a competitive wage and unique opportunity to earn money while making a tangible impact in the community. Interns will gain valuable experience, learn new skills, and enhance their resumes—all while helping to brighten their neighborhoods.
“I wanted to gain experience and be part of something greater, and I’m proud to say that I believe I made a difference. That sense of fulfillment is something that truly makes me happy,” shared Howie Kiefer, a 2024 Town of Bethel Intern. “I recommend that others consider interning with Sullivan 180. It’s a chance to give back to your community while gaining valuable skills and experiences.”
“In addition to connecting with peers, the internship program offers a wonderful way to learn about Sullivan County and build relationships with community members,” said Anne-Louise Scandariato, Director of Community Engagement. “Interns will develop their communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment.”
