Suicide Safety for Teachers & School Staff (SST)

Suicide Safety for Teachers and School Staff (SST) is a basic awareness training for all school employees, including administration, teachers and staff. It teaches participants to recognize warning signs for suicide, respond appropriately in the moment, and make a warm handoff using the school’s referral process. Participants build confidence with direct, respectful language, clarify do’s/don’ts, and leave with a localized resource pathway so every adult knows their role. Note: This is a 60-90 minute training.
